Art has always been Lisa’s language. Nurtured by a love for drawing, painting, and creative expression, Lisa pursued the arts through school and now continues that journey with renewed passion from her studio in Christchurch. My artwork is a spiritual experience—each piece a portal into the world of dreaming, breakthrough, and the limitless potential that lies within us all. Fundraising Through Art
Lisa donates an artwork each year to a charity. Her large oil painting ‘Anything is Possible’ was donated to the Pablo’s Art Auction cause to assist those with mental well being issues and disabilities.
This painting was unique, grand and stunning. At 900 x 1200 mm it is a real statement piece which was sold to adorn an elegant space and will be the talking point for guests to enjoy. Not only will it enhance the space but the funds raised will assist in changing lives. This is very important to me, I love that my art speaks to the viewer but it also goes beyond that into practical support to assist charities.
Recently I donated a gorgeous New Zealand bird Artwork to raise funds for ‘Fountain of Peace New Zealand’ who support, house and provide for orphaned babies and children in Uganda. “It is such a privilege to know that when I create something beautiful and gift it the proceeds makes a significant difference in the lives of others!”
Fountain of Peace New Zealand is all about making a difference, now and in the future, generating hope and transformation: especially in the lives of the most vulnerable; children who have been orphaned and abandoned.
We are also working to provide clean water, education, healthcare and sustainable projects for the whole community. Our work is based in the Kyenjojo District of Western Uganda. It is a beautiful region but marred by extreme poverty.
